I’m Kyle Wyloge, a real estate investor and entrepreneur with close to two decades of experience in residential real estate. I’m the founder and operator of Andrew The Home Buyer, a multi-state investment company that has acquired over 4,000 homes to date. I oversee the entire operation across five states, managing everything from strategic growth to daily execution.
My real estate career began in 2006, and between 2009 and 2013, I was heavily involved in acquiring properties at trustee sales and foreclosure auctions. That period gave me firsthand experience in navigating high-pressure, fast-moving markets — and laid the foundation for the disciplined investment approach I apply today.
In addition to running ATHB, I own a licensed residential brokerage in Arizona and have built a career focused on creating scalable, results-driven businesses. I’ve successfully operated through multiple market cycles and understand how to adapt in dynamic environments.
Outside of real estate, I was a founding partner of Harvest Health & Recreation, an Arizona-based cannabis company that went public in 2018.
Most recently, I launched W Capital, a hard money lending company designed to provide fast, reliable capital to real estate investors — while also offering strong, consistent returns to everyday investors. My focus is on building efficient, well-run companies that solve problems and deliver long-term value.
I’ve personally funded over $500 million in residential home loans and bring the unique perspective of being both a seasoned lender and an active real estate investor. I know what it takes to make a deal successful because I’ve been on both sides of the table.
When I underwrite a deal, I’m looking at it through an investor’s lens—considering all exit strategies, analyzing BRRRR potential, and structuring financing for maximum profitability. My goal isn’t just to fund a deal—it’s to help you close with confidence and a clear path to your next opportunity.
